BoHan Successfully Delivers High-Complexity Multi-Layer Beverage Cap Mold, Boosting Client Production Efficiency by 20%

Recently, BoHan Precision Creation Moulding Co., Ltd., for a well-known international beverage brand, successfully completed the final acceptance test and officially put it into mass production with a multi-layered anti-theft bottle cap precision mold. Thanks to its innovative hot runner design and superior cooling system, the mold successfully helped the client shorten the production cycle by 15% and increase overall production efficiency by approximately 20%.

This mold is used to produce one-piece bottle caps with an inner stopper, outer cap, and anti-theft ring, which have extremely stringent requirements for sealing performance, opening feel, and appearance. Facing challenges such as complex demolding and stress concentration due to the multi-layered structure, the BoHan project team used advanced mold flow analysis technology for preliminary simulation and optimized the gate and cooling pipe layout.

During the production phase, the team used a five-axis CNC machining center to ensure the fitting accuracy of each module and completed the fine texture engraving through precision EDM. Finally, the mold was successfully tested on the client's site on the first attempt, producing bottle caps with excellent sealing performance, exquisite appearance, and fully meeting design standards.
