Standard molds (e.g., 16‑32 cavity preform or cap molds) typically take 4‑6 weeks. Complex or high‑cavity molds (48+ cavities) take 6‑8 weeks, depending on complexity and current order schedule.

Molds are coated with anti‑rust oil, wrapped in plastic film, and packed into sturdy fumigation‑free wooden crates. A digital copy of mold drawings and a test video (USB or QR code) are included inside the crate.
